Lemon Rice

Lemon Rice is one of those popular Kalanda Saadam that all Tamil households make every once in a while. When we were kids, it was a favourite dish at all family picnics, to be eaten with crushed appalams & vadaams. Its lemony taste is terribly refreshing. I have put down a very simple version of the dish that can be turned out in a jiffy. Do check it out !!!
