Ingredients
flour - 150gms
baking powder - 1/2 tsp
butter - 120 gms
caster sugar - 90 gms
vanilla essence - 1/2 tsp
egg - 1
cornflakes - about 50 gms
Method
1. Sieve the flour & baking powder together.
2. Cream the sugar & butter together.
3. In a separate bowl, beat the egg & essence together & then add to the creamed mixture.
4. Fold in the flour.
5. Wet the hand with water & divide into small balls.
6. Roll in crushed cornflakes & place on the greased baking tray. Leave enough space between each, because they expand in size.
7. Bake at 160-170 degrees for 10 - 12 minutes until the cookies are Golden.
